A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to secure a selected date. The client is responsible for providing the remaining balance of the total package price one day prior to the selected date. Payment methods are completed through online payments (PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App). In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or emergencies, the photographer and the client will discuss and agree upon a mutually convenient rescheduled date. Rescheduling can occur only once, and any additional rescheduling may be subject to fees. The photographer owns the copyright to all digital files/images and may use for advertisements/publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). The client(s) are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the images for personal non-commercial purposes, including printing and sharing on personal social media platforms. Additional cost applies for special locations that require entry/setting fees (ex: studios, flowers fields, State/National parks, etc.). Clients are responsible for these additional charges.

The photographer reserves the right to choose which images are edited. Images will be slightly enhanced in lighting, color, and other minor adjustments. Please note that the photographer doesn't provide advanced Photoshop editing.

The photographer reserves the right to adjust the rates at any time. In the event of a rate change, the client will be provided with written notice of the new rates at least 24 hours (about 1 day) prior to the scheduled service. If, after hiring the photographer, the client requests any additional services or modifications that were not initially agreed upon before or after the client's rescheduled session, the rates may be subject to adjustment. The photographer has the rights to reject or accept the clients request for any additional services or modifications that were not initially agreed upon. Upon the photographer agreeing to any additional services or modifications, the photographer will provide the client with a revised quote detailing the new rates for the additional services, and the client must confirm their acceptance of the revised quote in writing or verbally before proceeding. The client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during the photography session. The photographer shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the client's personal belongings brought to the session. The client releases the photographer from any claims or expenses arising from the loss or damage of their personal belongings.
